Rake policy
* Fair Poker operate a "no flop no drop" policy.
* On all tables a rake is taken when the pot reaches $1 ($0.05 for every $1 in the pot)
* Fair Poker only counts contributed raked hands for any bonuses.
* Only hands raked on these tables will count towards the bonus:
* No limit and Pot limit tables of $0.25/0.50 and above
* Limit tables $0.50/1.00 and above
* The maximum rake taken from any pot is $3

No Rake on any hands that end before the Flop ("No Flop - No Drop")
