Patrick Smyth resigned from Gaming Transactions Inc this week to take the helm of supplier CYOP Systems following the resignation of the companies chairman and CEO Mitch White. No reasons were given for White's departure.

Smyth also serves as Director and Secretary at Red Felt Software Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of CYOP. The Gaming Transactions announcement of Smyth's change of responsibilities also mentions that an agreement to license to the URL Keno.com and a license to an internet financial gaming transaction system from Red Ruth Ventures Inc. has been terminated for non-payment of the contract, but it is not known if the events are connected in any way.: }* v8 ~" x3 x+ v& D
